Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Carriers: We ship via [UPS/FedEx/USPS]. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs our facility.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the efficiency of the EZ Hook System. If it’s not the right fit for your crew, we offer a straightforward return process.

30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Tools must be in original packaging and “like-new” condition. Tools showing significant job-site wear or damage from misuse are not eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

Restocking Fee: A [10-15%] restocking fee may apply to large bulk orders of the EZ Hook System.
